- Wash rice & lentils and drain.
- In a preheated pot sautee onions untill they are trasperant.
- Add lentils & rice, toss a little,add water, stir g bring to a boil.
- Cover the pot & Cook on low heat.
- Stir well from time to time.
- When the mixtures becomes thick and all grains are merged together, turn off heat, add butter, stir and then serve.
- Pour in serving dishes,can be served hot or cold.
- Any kind of salad or pickles taste with Mujadara.
